When two Mecha Fortress guards burst in and attempts to stop Sincline (Lotor) from abducting Farla (Allura), Sincline (Lotor) charges in (Figure 4) and kills the first guard with a slash to his chest (which viewers do not see), the deceased guard falling backwards (Figure 5). The second guard attempts to flee, but is slashed down his back (Figure 6).

For a couple of frames, Sincline's (Lotor) sword is visible protruding from the slashed guard's stomach before he falls over (Figure 7). Sincline (Lotor) quickly uprights himself after the guard falls over (Figure 8).

The establishing shot of the closing scene (Figure 9) was trimmed in Voltron, resulting in the Black Lion not being visible in the frame at all.
