A female servant starts pouring a drink into Sincline's (Lotor) cup from the jug she is holding, but accidentally spills it (Figure 1), causing it to trickle on his leg (Figure 2). Sincline (Lotor) angrily eyes the servant (Figure 3). |
Realising what she's done, the servant recoils in horror and fear (Figure 4). With his anger built up, Sincline's (Lotor) eyes glow (Figure 5) and he grabs the handle of his sheathed laser sword (Figure 6). |
A streak of red light then flashes across a black background (Figure 7), signalling that Sincline (Lotor) has struck the servant with his laser sword. In slow motion, the servant's jug flies up into the air (Figure 8) and then crashes down on to the floor (Figure 9), smashing it to pieces. |
The fatally wounded servant falls to the floor, dead (Figure 10). |
As Farla (Allura) daydreams about the possible devastation that Sincline (Lotor) could unleash on Altea (Arus), a shot flashes in her mind of several Alteans (Arusians) being caught up in an explosion (Figure 11). |
Following the surprise rocket attack on Sincline (Lotor), Kogane (Keith) attempts to get Farla (Allura) out of harm's way only to be slashed in the back by Sincline (Figure 12). |
The episode comes to a close with a shot of the Mecha Fortress (Figure 13), the sun rising over a forest. This shot wasn't cut from Voltron but was trimmed to eliminate the on-screen Japanese text, which made the castle less visible in Voltron. |
