To keep the tiring slaves working, the slavemasters whip them (Figures 1 to 3). |
Two more slaves are on the receiving end of whippings (Figures 4 & 5). One of the slavemasters is seen barking orders (Figure 6). |
When a tired slave is unable to keep working, his head is forcefully pushed into the ground by the foot of the commander of the Galra (Doom) soldiers (Figure 7). At the end of the talk between the commander and the planet's ruler (Taybor), a close-up of the ruler is shown (Figure 8). |
As two Galra (Doom) soldiers carry a bucket full of raw human skin and bones, a close-up of the bucket is shown (Figure 9). After the contents of the bucket is poured on to the ground, the very hungry slaves scramble to get their hands on the skin and bones, which is their only source of nourishment (Figure 10). |
As the Galra (Doom) soldiers party, a panning shot shows the soldiers drunkenly partying and forcing themselves on to the female servants (Figures 11 & 12). As the partying continues, two soldiers clink their blood-filled glasses together (Figure 13). |
Outside the structure where the party is taking place, a panning shot shows the structure itself and a young slave (Jai) hiding behind a boulder near the building (Figures 14 & 15), the young boy waiting for the right moment to move. When he makes a move, he very quickly runs past a guard unnoticed, who is forcing himself on to a servant (Figure 16). |
Stationed outside the docking bay are two guards, one of them unconscious (Figure 17) and the other still drinking, the young boy (Jai) watching him from a very short distance away (Figure 18). When the conscious guard has finished his drink, he throws his glass cup away and it hits the ground, making a clinking noise (Figure 19). |
The clinking sound startles the young boy (Jai), who turns around fearing he's been caught (Figure 20). The conscious guard, who has not noticed the boy, wipes his mouth clean and then passes out (Figure 21). Realising he hasn't been caught, the boy sighs in relief (Figure 22). |
Before Daibarzaal (Zarkon) and his cohorts attempt to flee the planet, Zadak (Yurak) kills the planet's ruler (Taybor) by slashing his chest (Figure 23). Moments later, during the battle between GoLion and the Beastmen, GoLion slices off the hand of one of his opponents (Figure 24). |
